CEO-ul Natural Selection, Matty Beckerman, a anuntat la Toronto International Film Festival intelegerea ca, compania lui sa finanteze si sa produca o adaptare dupa cartea lui Philip Carlo, “The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer” film care-l va avea in rolul principal pe Mickey Rourke.
David McKenna (scenaristul filmelor American History X si Blow) va scrie si adaptarea bazata pe cartea lui Carlo. Beckerman va fi producatorul iar Graham Taylor de la WME Global se va ocupa de distributie in America de Nord.

Natural Selection CEO Matty Beckerman announced today at the Toronto International Film Festival a deal for the company to fully finance and produce a feature adaptation of the Philip Carlo tome “The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer” and have attached Mickey Rourke to star. David McKenna (who wrote American History X, Blow) is penning the screenplay based on the eponymous book written by Carlo. Beckerman will produce. Graham Taylor at WME Global will handle North American sales on this title.
