Despre :
Lawrence Talbot (Benicio del Toro) este un nobil care se intoarce pe mosia familiei, dupa ce fratele sau dispare in mod misterios. Se va reapropia de tatal sau (Anthony Hopkins), cu care intrerupsese demult legaturile si va incepe sa-si caute fratele, pentru a descoperi… ca propriul sau destin e blestemat.
Copilaria lui Lawrence Talbot a luat brusc sfarsit in noaptea cand i-a murit mama. Dupa ce a parasit oraselul Victorian Blackmoor, unde nu se intampla niciodată nimic, pret de zeci de ani a incercat sa isi revina si sa uite ce s-a petrecut in acea noapte. Vine un moment insa cand va trebui sa se intoarca caci logodnica fratelui sau, Gwen Conliffe (Emily Blunt), nu reuseste sa-l gaseasca pe cel pe care il iubea…
Tot ce poate Talbot sa afle este ca o creatura cu o forta inumana si cu o sete de sange de nepotolit ucidea localnicii si ca in orasel sosise un inspector de la Scotland Yard, pe numele lui Aberline (Hugo Weaving) ca sa inceapa o investigatie.
Pe masura ce strange piesele acestui terifiant puzzle, Talbot aude despre un blestem stravechi care il transforma pe cel atins, in varcolac, atunci cand e luna plina. Acum, daca are o sansa de a opri crimele si de a proteja femeia de care s-a indragostit, Talbot va trebui sa distruga creatura periculoasa care bantuie padurea din jurul orasului Blackmoor. Numai ca…., pe masura ce se afunda in vanatoare, barbatul torturat de trecut isi descopera o latura pe care nu isi imaginase ca o are.
Inspirata de filmul clasic care a facut istorie in genul horror, productia The Wolfman – Omul –Lup / The Wolfman, in regia lui Joe Johnston si cu o distributie formata din: Benicio del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt, Hugo Weaving si Art Malik va putea fi vizionata de catre spectatorii romani incepand de vineri, 12 februarie. La Hollywood Multiplex.

Dupa trailer-ul ce l-am vazut de indata ce a fost anuntat sincer nu am fost si nici nu sunt incantat sa il vad cu toate ca joaca numai actori de calivru in acest remake. Parca nu imi trezeste interesul si cheful sa ma uit la el …. don;’t know why…

L-am vazut la cinema. Merita!
Talking about the films, not the characters. I think The Mummy was an excellent remake, and is a classic film and I can watch it over and over. It’s just got enough meat on its bones. The Wolfman has a somewhat interesting plot, which isn’t immediately revealed right away. It’s not a plot where you an go, and then this happened, and then this, and then this. It’s got some twists and revelations that. It’s not, as linear and it didn’t feel as fun. Now, they’re different movies of course, 1 is horror is is adventure. Still they’re both remakes of classic monster movies by universal studios. I think they certainly learned their lesson from Van helsing and this is a much better movie than that. I cant help but compare the 2 movies though. I guess I just kind of wish Wolfman was better, like how I like the Mummy.
I loved the cg in this movie I dont think they should have done anything differently, Benicio Del Toro was fantastic as always, cant wait for the bluray.
