In a early retailer alert, Fox is planning to bring the ‘The Rocker’ to Blu-ray this October.
Starring Rainn Wilson and Christina Applegate, the musical-themed comedy has so far grossed less than $10 million at the domestic box office. Fox will street the Blu-ray October 14, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
There are no supplemental details or tech specs yet, but we expect Fox’s usual 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround audio presentation.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.99.
