Sony a inceput sa dezvolte a treia parte din franciza Bad Boys.
Studioul la cooptat pe Peter Craig (The Town, Cowboy Bebop) sa scrie scenariul pentru filmul Bad Boys 3.
Sa speram ca scenariul ii va reuni pe regizorul Michael Bay, producatorul Jerry Bruckheimer, Will Smith si Martin Lawrence.
Primul Bad Boys, lansat in1995, ii avea pe Will Smith si Martin Lawrence in rolurile unor detectivi din Miami (Mike Lowrey si Marcus Burnett), prinsi intr-un caz care duce la multe urmariri cu masini si explozii. Partea a doua a aparut 8 ani mai tarziu, in 2003, si a fost mai plin de actiune ca niciodata.

Sony has started development on a third installment of the Bad Boys franchise that the one-and-only Michael Bay launched years ago. The studio has hired newcomer Peter Craig, who wrote Ben Affleck’s The Town and is also writing the Cowboy Bebop movie, to write the Bad Boys 3 screenplay.
The hope is to have a script that would reunite director Michael Bay, producer Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
The first Bad Boys, which hit in 1995, saw Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett, caught up in cases involving car chases and explosions. The sequel arrived 8 years later, in 2003, and was bigger and better (e.g. more explosions) than before.
