Panasonic has submitted a proposal to the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) that would allow for standardization of storing 3-D imagery in high definition.Panasonic a trimis o propunere catre Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) pentru a standardiza imaginile 3D in high definition.

The interesting thing about the technology used to bring 3-D to your Blu-ray and HDTV is that it all currently exists. There will be no waiting around for components necessary to deliver the goods. The company says that if they can begin a formal discussion on standardization with BDA before the end of 2008, it is likely that it can be rolled out to consumers in 2010. With more and more films being released in 3-D these days, it was only a matter of time.
