The newest script was written by the Frenchie who penned the original screenplay.
Sam Riley, who recently played the lead in the Joy Division biopic Control, will star as the young man. Mickey Rourke will play a criminal that has been sold as a pawn while Mr. 50 Cent himself (Righteous Kill) escorts him to the games. Statham will be a wealthy man set to bet on other man’s lives. All the while, Ray Liotta plays a cop following Riley’s character in an attempt to crack the case.
