The Hollywood Reporter spune ca filmul este o adaptare a lui Allan Cubitt’s dupa o nuvela scrisa de Simon Carr pe nume “The Boys Are Back in Town,”. Owen lupta a ajuta o vaduva sa-si creasca cei doi fii. Laura Fraser si Emma Booth apar si ele in film.
Greg Brenman (Billy Elliot) si Tim White (Out of the Blue) sunt producatorii filmului, si incep astazi procesul de fotografiere in Australia.
