The Experiment, este un remake dupa filmul lui Oliver Hirschbiegel, lansat in anul 2001,Das Experiment, ce are ca subiect un grup de oameni normali care sunt recrtutati si grupati in roluri de gardieni si prizonieri intr-un experiment psihologic ce vizeaza actiunea participantilor, puterea si controlul acestora din cele doua grupuri.
Scenariul si regia din The Experiment apartine lui Paul Scheuring, producator si scenarist al serialului de televiziune “Prison Break” si regizor al filmului 36K.
Sony Home Entertainment va lansa filmul The Experiment pe DVD si Blu-ray incepand cu data de 21 septembrie.

The Experiment, an English remake of Oliver Hirschbiegel’s 2001 film Das Experiment, centers on a group of ordinary people who are recruited to take on the roles of guards and prisoners as part of a psychological research study that examines how the effects of assigned roles, power and control affect the participants.
The Experiment is both written and directed by Paul Scheuring, a former “Prison Break” producer/writer who also directed a film called 36K.
Sony Home Entertainment is, sadly, bringing The Experiment straight-to-DVD on September 21st this fall.
