In acest film, McConaughey joaca in rolul lui Mick Haller un avocat de aparare ce primeste un asazis caz simplu: un tanar bogat (Ryan Phillippe) e acuzat ca a atacat o prostituata. Odata ce se afunda in acest caz, Mick afla terifiantul adevar.

CinemaBlend just received a TV spot and six stills from the upcoming thriller, based on the book by Michael Connelly.
In the film, McConaughey plays Mick Haller, a defense attorney who is given what appears to be a simple case: a rich young man (Ryan Phillippe) has been accused of assaulting a prostitute. While figuring out the case, however, Mick slowly learns the real and horrifying truth.
